Orlando Wedding Coordinators

Orlando Wedding Coordinators

Are you too busy to plan the most important day of your life?

Contracting Orlando wedding coordinators is an appealing concept to find all of the vendors for the big day however finding your own vendors only requires a few phone calls to get a feel for a vendors personality. Questions asked one at a time are very time consuming for a busy vendor and they will almost always prefer talking to a prospective client by phone the first time so that more questions from each party can be addressed. Professional vendors work together often and the day flows smoothly simply because it is what they do and it can actually save you lots of money while having the vendors of your dreams. Out of state couples would have a much easier time on the other hand.

Simply ask the vendor you’re considering if they have worked with X, Y or Z and if they are able to refer someone. Most often they will give you names because they like to refer people who are good that understand team playing. After all, that is what makes working events fun.

Often times Orlando wedding coordinators are working from a much smaller circle of vendors and their bias doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ll be getting the cream of the crop.

You just may find the best vendors on your own and they have more than likely worked with each other on more than one occasion.

When you search on your own, you are using your instincts and you will have full control over how your day will flow.

If you tag yourself as one that is too busy to plan your own wedding, consider the fact that finding the time after the wedding to design your photo album would be equally as challenging. When we ask past clients that went with a master disc only package if they made an album, we often get the answer “No, I haven’t found the time yet”. It’s not unusual to hear that even a year or two after the wedding and sometimes there is a new baby in the family by then. When adding an album into your package, Abba Photography discounts the hourly rate and in essence is partially sharing in the cost of your album. A sweet deal for you!

We shoot Retro and Vintage wedding photography in addition to the other styles listed on our website.

One definition of Retro is: a culturally aged style, trend, mode, or fashion, from the overall post-modern past, that has since that time become functionally or superficially the norm once again. The use of “retro” style iconography and imagery interjected into post-modern art, advertising, mass media, etc. It generally implies a vintage of at least fifteen or twenty years. For example, clothing from the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s. could be retro.

Another new trend

Another new trend is small intimate weddings with gatherings of 60 or less people. It takes away the stress of planning a big event months away. No need to try to figure out who sits with who and who eats what and what dresses the bridesmaids like or don’t like not mention the expense. More and more brides and grooms are loving our intimate garden weddings known as The Marry Me Now package at The Secret Garden.

Recapping, when you choose pro vendors from any category whether it is a DJ, a photographer, a caterer, etc.. you are already working with some of the best Orlando wedding coordinators.
